Lutheran High West Reviews

My son just graduated in 2007 and really had a great education overall, and enjoyed being involved in the school's strong music program. Of the 3 years he attended, the first year took some social adjusting, just like at any school. The teachers are competitve and get the kids to try to do their best, with many of the students accepting the challenge. I appreciated those faculty who showed that they cared by their diligence and patience. Now my son, thank God, is doing well at the university level.

I attended Lutheran West for my freshman year, and I hated it. I felt that the majority of the teachers were judging due to the fact that I didnt go to a Lutheran School my whole life and came from a public school. I always got in trouble for my clothes and hair saying that they were 'too crazy', yet nothing was in the handbook about them. I felt oppressed and judged here, and was very unhappy. The kids are nice though, I just hated the school and the teachers.
