St. Vincent De Paul School Reviews

I have nothing but good things to say about S.V.D.P.....I attended that school for 9 years of my life. It taught me morals and respect.. my daughter now attendes the school now and she came out of kindergarden knowing all her addition and subtraction facts 1-100!! and her mutiplication tables by 10's and 5's.. that is awesome and I don't know another 5 year old that can say they know that.. so even though the tuition is a little high at 380 a month, in the end it was worth it to me!! Sound like the only ppl on here that have problems need to work on their writing skills a little more before they judge ppl..lol

Yes, the school may have had problems, but that is about to change. They are receiving a principal who has a little more strictness in him than the last principal did. This new principal may be strict, but the students at his last school admired and respected him. That is what all students everywhere should be like.

The teachers exude warmth toward the students. They go out of their way to help students succeed. Extra help is available at any time that is convenient for the student.

My child was at SVDP for nine years. In the begining it was a great school. The rules were followed by all students. Now it is 2009 and I regret sending my child there. Because of this school she is behind in history & math. The principal also has no control.

I wish the best for all the students who attend the school. But until there is better leadership from the principal, the school will continue to decline. Seek a school where the teachers are happy working and the stundents are happy attending. You will not find that at SVDP in Cleveland.

My child has been in this school for 8 years. He is a honor student and I has never had a problem. Yes, the school has rules and they have to be followed. It seems to me the biggest thing wrong with the school is the parents.

What a horrible school! Im a parent who has a child that attends St.Vincent de Paul school and I cannot tell you enough about the lack of disipline this school has! My child is leaving and is going to attend a much better school in the area next year. The teachers have practically no control over the students! They also go through teachers every single year! There has been a numerous amounts odf situations where my child has been at lifes own risk! IThe They also need a new principal because she is so ridiculous! Dont send your child here!

This school leans more towards rules than academics, they worried more about wether my child left her pencil in her locker than whether she completed her lessons.
