Memphis Kiddie Park - (216) 941-5995

I live down the road from this place and while I don't have any kids of my own I take others. I insist on it really and we always have a great time. The cost isn't expensive and they have great treats for those summer days. So if you are ever lost in what to do with the younger kids give this a place a go. PROS: cheep fun for the kiddies CONS: none

You sure wouldn't think much of the Memphis Kiddie Park if you drove by it but don't sell yourself short. If you have small children then this is the place to go. They have at least 75 of the slower, fun rides for children that won't make them scared. They have putt-putt and a train as well. You could spend the day there with all there is to do and stop and eat there as well.

This is a nice amusement park for little kids. My mom has pictures of all the times she took me, with wide smiles on my face in all the pictures. Even though the rides have changed since then (creating rides with the latest cartoon characters and lovable animals kids currently know), the concept has remained the same - small rides that small children can handle - everything is appropriate for their height, and is safe and fun for them. Check it out!

This is a great place for the smaller ones. You can buy a ticket book that you don't have to use the same day. You can return to use them. This place has been around for a long time. I remember it from when I was a kid. Reasonably priced and they offer food and drinks also just like the bigger amusement parks.

Memphis Kiddie park does not compare to Cedar Point and neither do they strive to. the name says it all- it is geared for kids, so if you have kids, this is a great place to go. It is compact, so little ones do not get tired out and you do not have to put them in a stroller just to get to the next ride. They have a number of the nostalgic traditional rides that bring back parents' childhoods. It is a great place for little ones to go on their first rides as there is no admission price and you just pay for the rides. Go early on summer weekends to have the place to yourself.
