I was in a bind with my husband leaving for out of town the next day and had a last minute problem with our van which wasn't even purchased from there. I called several dealers and no one could get me in. Strongsville Dodge was busy too, but seeing my predicament, the service manager squeezed us in and got everything taken care of. I was impressed with the level of service!
