If you're looking for a great Halloween costume or choice of seemingly limitless matching accessories, this is a great place to go (also try Chelsea's right across the street). But if you're looking for a wide selection of vintage clothes, this is not the place (again, try Chelsea's across the street). Prices are fair and the costumes are WONDERFUL!
Pros: Wide costume selection
Cons: Not too much else

I've done a review about Chelsea's Costume's before but this one is clearly the best costume shop in Cleveland. Some believe it's the best store in the USA.
They have been in business 25 years! We're sure thankful they are around. This store is mainly recognized for their costume rentals - which are superb. We have rented there in the past. They also have an impressionable collection of vintage wear for sale. They have clients that are in Hollywood, California including celebrities. There clothes are clean and well organized for men and women. Their prices are fantastic - not pricey at all. Our daughters love to shop in this store.
