Rocky River Brewing - food, brew and friends!

May 13, 2009

At the Rocky River Brewing Company, the food, the brew and the staff make you feel like you’re right at home. Whether you’re a first-timer scoping out the beer list or a seasoned regular, cold beer and warm smiles are never in short supply.

Dozens of beer are on tap at the Brewing Company, including local favorites like Rocky River Pirate Light, an American blonde ale with a golden color and smooth, fresh taste, or the Cooper’s Gold Kolsch, a German ale that blends seven kinds of malts and two hops for a smooth, glorious finish.

For dinner, try the restaurant’s most famous dish  — the "One Potato, Two Potato Grouper" — which features both Idaho and sweet potatoes encrusting a seared filet of tender grouper topped with a delicate beurre blanc sauce and brown rice pilaf.

Other popular menu items include baby back ribs, pesto-stuffed chicken breast, meatloaf and ‘taters and N’awlins jambalaya.

There's a variety of mouth-watering burgers, pasta, pizza, sandwiches and salads, along with a reasonably priced kids' menu featuring favorites like mac & cheese and chicken fingers.

For dessert, regulars love the Chocolate Tower — a creation that features four layers of chocolate cake bliss with a fudge frosting, and the Reese’s ®bread pudding — a distinct and delicious combination of bread pudding stuffed with peanut butter cups and topped with a Southern Comfort crème anglaise.

Dress at Rocky River Brewing Company is casual and reservations aren’t required unless you plan on bringing a large party.
