Lolita Restaurant: Michael Symon's venture one of Cleveland's hottest eateries

When Michael Symon of the Food Network founded Restaurant Lolita in Tremont, he wanted an amalgamation of rich, bold, savory flavors to do the tango on the taste buds of every guest. From aged, flavorful cheeses to fine quality cuts of meat and poultry, the ingredients used at Restaurant Lolita help make it one of the hottest eateries on the east side.

With its chic, upscale atmosphere, great service and delicious entrees, Lolita is a great destination any day of the week. A variety of American favorites like pizza, burgers, roasted chicken and grilled pork chops are available alongside traditional Mediterranean cuisine.

Lolita's chefs dazzle guests with impeccable plating and presentation. And the dishes are as satisfying to the tastebud as to the eyes, with delights such as homemade gnocchi with pork ragu, tomato and parsley; papardelle with braised beef cheek, mushrooms and crème fraiche; and macaroni with goat cheese and  chicken and rosemary.

After dinner, don’t forget one of Symon’s rich, sweet desserts. A guest favorite is the Chocolate Pot du Crème, a sinful, sweet-yet-salty, creamy confection with crunchy candied pecans, sea salt, caramel and Chantilly cream. If chocolate isn’t your thing, try the pumpkin panna cotta, lemon pound cake with orange sauce or delicious gelatos and sorbets.

Dress at Restaurant Lolita is casual, but reservations are helpful, since this popular establishment is often packed with hungry guests.

A private party room is available for birthdays, showers or any other special occasion. For more information, contact Lolita or visit their website.
