Entering its 23rd season, Chez Francois is known for wine dinners, which couple wine tasting with fine cuisine. Held several times per month, the events highlight local and international wines and paired them with appropriate entrees.
The Chez Francois menu focuses on fresh fish, meats and poultry with a distinct French flair. Dishes like citrus-cured Atlantic salmon with caviar crème fraiche, roasted maple leaf duck breast with cherry and creamy polenta, and lamb confit with roasted baby eggplant give guests a true sense of what fine dining should be. The menu changes with the season as Chez Francois uses only fresh local produce.
Chez Francois is a great place for a special birthday celebration, rehearsal dinner or engagement party. Private party rooms provide excellent views of the Vermilion River and can accommodate 10 to 50 people.
