The Cabin Club: Westlake's premiere steakhouse and dinner club

Touted as Cleveland’s only "real steakhouse," The Cabin Club in Westlake is a steak lover’s paradise. Offering a rustic atmosphere with an upscale feel, The Cabin Club provides an intimate experience for a dinner for two, a family get together or business dinner.

With its breathtaking cabin-like setting, the restaurant is unlike any other of its kind in the area. The restaurant is located near the Crocker Park shopping complex and  features an impressive menu that showcases fine cuts of Angus beef steaks, tantalizing seafood and an award-winning wine list.

The dinner menu offers such items as the Alaskan King crab legs with redskin mashed potatoes and asparagus, pan-seared Chilean sea bass with herb and shrimp risotto and Blackened Blue Delmonico with spicy Cajun spices, blue cheese and garlic fried onions.

The restaurant also has a selection of delicious gourmet sandwiches. Try the Black Tee Burger —  an Angus burger stuffed with pot roast, cheddar cheese and mushrooms on a truffled ciabatta bun.

The restaurant also features a full line of signature Angus steaks, all aged at least 21 days for maximum flavor. From filet mignon to ribeye to New York strip, The Cabin Club has a cut of beef for even the most scrutinizing of guests. The steak menu even features a free-range lean bison strip steak with an herb marinade.

The wine list is extensive, as well. Featuring wines from all over the world, along with  several local labels, the restaurant prides itself on  knowledge of the wine selections, and staff can always suggest a selection to compliment your meal.

The Cabin Club was voted among the top 10 restaurants in the country for wine selection in 2006 by the popular magazine Wine Spectator.

Reservations are requested on weekends to assure prompt seating. The dress is business casual. Large parties are welcome.
