Eddie's Pizzeria Cerino is casual yet classy

Oct 12, 2009

With a delicate balance of class and casualness, Eddie's Pizzeria Cerino in nearby Seven Hills pulls off an ambiance that is as versatile as it is enjoyable. A great spot for a quick lunch with pals or a romantic candlelit dinner with your significant other, Pizzeria Cerino blends together the finest Italian ingredients with an unmatchable ambiance that is crisp and classic.

The dimly-set modern lighting fixtures and white tablecloths create the perfect atmosphere for the delightful smells of fresh basil, garlic and melting butter to dance playfully in the air and combine into a mouth-watering aroma that is sure to transport your mind straight to northern Italy.

The meatball sliders make a perfect starter to any Pizzeria Cerino meal: tiny, tender meatballs bathed in a basil pesto with tomatoes on freshly-baked focaccia bread. Pan-roasted clams with juicy tomatoes, scallions, white wine and garlic broth also make an excellent choice.

The pizza at Pizzeria Cerino is as distinct as the facility itself-- fresh toppings like prosciutto, goat cheese, pancetta and wild mushrooms take center stage on the stone-baked pies, alongside traditional favorites like pepperoni, sausage, banana peppers and red peppers. Try the pizza Tuscana-- piled high with spicy pepperoni, prosciutto, artichokes, capers and three kinds of fresh cheeses; or the Italian blue smoke pizza, with a tasty balsamic barbecue sauce, chicken breast, pancetta, caramelized onions and fresh mozzarella.

A variety of freshly-baked sandwiches and pastas are also available. If you find yourself with a lighter appetite, try the delicious Caesar Reggiano, complete with garlic crostini and a house-made dressing. Three other salad choices are also available.

Reservations can be helpful on busy weekends, but are not required.
