Little Met golf course: great for novices and pros
What better place to spend a few leisure hours than on the greens of your favorite golf course?
If you’re looking for a relaxing game that still provides ample challenge, Little Met golf course, located on Old Lorain Road in Cleveland, is for you. This 9-hole course is perfect for a quick afternoon game with friends or a leisurely weekend outing with the in-laws.
Built in 1924, Little Met was originally created as a place to appease golfers waiting to play the Big Met course, (then Number One.) Over time, however, Little Met gained popularity as a course all by itself.
With 2,534 yards, this par 34 course is still among the favorites of local golf enthusiasts. Its natural putting greens were revamped in 1982 when several were raised and a watering system was installed.
A pro-shop and snack bar is on-site and all greens fees include cart rental. For more information and course layout, visit the Little Met web site.
