The Crawford Automobile and Aviation Museum  packs a historical punch that is as interesting as it is informative.

The Western Reserve Historical Society's collection contains  more than 200 antique and classic cars, trucks, motorcycles and aircrafts. Among the automobiles showcased are an 1895 Panhard Lavassor coupe, an 1899 Benz Duc Vis-a-Vis Victoria, a 1917 Stearns-Knight Cloverleaf Roadster and a 1981 DeLorean DMC-12 coupe. The museum is among  the nation's top 10, as ranked by Car Collector magazine.

The museum also pays special tribute to the rich involvement that Northeastern Ohio had in pioneering aviation. Twelve historical airplanes are among those on display at the museum, which also teaches the history of flight innovation. Among the flight exhibits are a 1910 Curtis Model E Bumblebee Bi-Plane, a 1930 Howard DGA-3 and a 1946 Fulton Airphibian.

A variety of hands-on exhibits and activities are available to visitors of all ages. The museum also hosts birthday parties and business meetings. For more information, call the museum directly at (216) 721-5722.
